Evaluation
Evaluation
A 60-minute evaluation consisting of clinical observations, parent/caregiver interview, and standardized measures as needed to determine if services would benefit your child. Evaluations are conducted in-home or through a video visit (if applicable). Payment for evaluation is private-pay only; I can accept HSA cards and provide a superbill if requested.
**If your child has had a recent evaluation, report will be reviewed and fee may be decreased or waived if seeking therapy session through TCT**
60-minute evaluation within region: $185.00 (includes service charge)
Evaluation includes administration of a variety of assessment measures, recommendations, copy of report, and treatment planning (if applicable).

Language Therapy Session
Language Therapy Session
A 60-minute therapy session that targets individualized needs/goals determined following recent evaluation. Therapy session focuses on increasing functional and effective communication skills. Potential session targets can include: early language development, developmental delays, parent coaching, or other academic language targets (e.g., syntax, morphology, pragmatic-based goals). Sessions conducted in-home or within the community to promote spontaneous practice opportunities and use of skills. If applicable, sessions may be held via video visit. Payment for treatment session is private-pay only; I can accept HSA cards and provide a superbill if requested.

AAC Therapy Session
AAC Therapy Session
A 60-minute therapy session that targets implementation and programming of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Therapy session focuses on increasing functional and effective communication skills, modeling strategies for caregivers, and programming of scripts to fit child's needs and interests. Different programs may be trialed to determine best fit for child. Sessions are conducted in-home or within the community to promote spontaneous practice opportunities and use of skills. Payment for treatment session is private-pay only; I can accept HSA cards and provide a superbill if requested.

Speech Sound Therapy Session
Speech Sound Therapy Session
A 30-60-minute therapy session that targets individualized needs/goals determined following recent evaluation. Therapy session focuses on increasing functional and effective communication skills. Potential session targets include articulation, phonology, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, dysarthria, hypernasality, etc. Sessions conducted in-home or within the community to promote spontaneous practice opportunities and use of skills. If applicable, sessions may be held via video visit. Payment for treatment session is private-pay only; I can accept HSA cards and provide a superbill if requested.

Consultation
Consultation
A 15-minute consultation consists of discussion of skills, abilities, and desires. SLP will provide strategies and recommendations. If evaluation is deemed appropriate, SLP will discuss scheduling, pricing/payment, and next steps. Consultation can be held via phone call, in-person at your home, or via video visit. Consultations are free of charge for the first 15 minutes. Additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments and are private-pay only; I can accept HSA cards and provide a superbill if requested.

All rates are estimated based on standard speech-language services and are subject to change based on individualized needs as determined by the speech-language pathologist. When rates are changed, TCT will provide an estimation of cost prior to services.
Out-of-Range services must be provided within the state of Wisconsin, either in-person or virtually. Virtual service provision will be subject to discounted rate if provided through teletherapy option due to lack of travel costs.
*Clients who provide a recent evaluation report within the previous 6 months are subject to a discounted rate.
At this time, Total Communication Therapy is accepting private pay only. Invoices can be paid with cash, check, credit/debit cards, or HSA card. A "superbill" will be provided for services upon receiving payment. Families can submit to their insurance in an attempt to be reimbursed. Families have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" upon scheduling once services are determined to be warranted if rates are different than posted above.
For services not listed above, please contact Lexi for document containing rates. Additional services may include: staff trainings, consultation with IEP or medical teams, AAC Funding Evaluation Navigation, and others.
Sessions occurring in-person OUT OF REGION (not within Dane or Columbia counties) will incur additional fees. Fee will be determined based on travel time and provided in writing prior to administration of service.
